We are delighted to welcome Kevin Wilcox to Woodward Group as our newly appointed Group Sales Manager. Kevin brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team, and we are excited to see how his expertise will help drive growth.
Drawn to Woodward Group by the opportunity for a fresh challenge, Kevin Wilcox has over 40 years of field sales experience in the electrical industry. He is well-equipped to take on this role, which involves expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

A wealth of experience
Kevin’s expansive career has included a number of key roles. Most recently, he has worked as:
- Sales Director at Polaris Light Ltd, where he led initiatives to enhance client relationships and business development.
- National Sales Manager at Veko Lightsystems, where he spearheaded national strategies to deliver tailored lighting solutions.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has truly seen it all and taken on challenges of all shapes and sizes, from resolving lighting fittings falling out of ceilings to managing major projects with orders exceeding £1 million. Additionally, his impressive track record of overcoming difficult obstacles and delivering top quality results will make him an invaluable addition to Woodward Group.

A personal touch
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid clay shooter and also enjoys bass fishing in his free time. Known for his practical approach to life, one of his favourite sayings when working on Energy Lighting solutions is: “The most efficient light fitting is one that’s switched off.”
