Since carrying out his Electrical Apprenticeship in 2003, James has been a key team member at Woodward Group and, in 2015, was promoted to Installations Manager.  James has conquered many challenges through his expertise, team-centric capabilities, and problem-solving skills while planning projects’ execution strategically. An inspiring team leader and effective communicator, James believes in the importance of lifelong learning for continuous development and growth.
