Woodward Group is proud to have provided Italian luxury vehicle manufacturer Maserati with a full internal and external electrical fit out of its Solihull garage.

Sytner Group opened the doors to its first standalone Graypaul Maserati dealership earlier this year, officially separating it from fellow Italian brand Ferrari in Birmingham. Located just down the road from the old premises, Graypaul Birmingham is purpose built to show customers the entire Maserati range and includes a state-of-the-art Atelier suite, where clients can personalise their new car in luxury surroundings.

Woodward Group was responsible for the complete internal and external electrical fit out of the garage. Spanning one year, the project was completed partly during COVID-19 restrictions, which added an additional level of complexity for the team.

From the outset, we understood that Maserati’s garage needed to match its cars in terms attention to detail and design excellence. Woodward Group therefore ensured that our LED lighting design, installation and commissioning works provide the garage with incredibly high LUX levels and quality of light.

The electrical fit out also included: the front of house area used for sales and hand over; the rear of the site used predominantly as the mechanics workshop and for servicing; and a car lift that allows vehicles to be taken from the ground floor up to the roof.

This was a highly prestigious project that the team all thoroughly enjoyed and felt privileged to be a part of.
