BACKGROUND:

Top Hat specialises in the construction of wooden, modular homes. It identified the requirement for a bespoke production solution for the process of taking wooden timbers and panels on their journey throughout the production pipeline of its modular home construction.

Top Hat first conducted scoping due diligence on Woodward Group, and then scheduled a series of meetings to discuss the design of the system, along with its safety, practicality, efficiency and innovation features.

SOLUTION & OUTCOMES:

Woodward Group designed and installed the bespoke system that, as expected, included several evolving modifications along the way to maximise performance., as our team was working without a blueprint since modular homes are in their infancy. The Woodward Group’s ability to be highly flexible, responsive, creative and forward-thinking was vital to the successful completion of the project.
